Kimchi day!

Yeah! Is Kimchi Day! 
It's really good to make kimchi ourselves! So that we don't really need to go to the korean grocery shop just for it....
although it is lack of originality, at least I learnt it from Korean people.. similar taste might be happen ~~ Haha~


while waiting for my Cabbages (4 hours for soaking~), I was trying to do Potato Pancake! Just as what I saw from Korean variety... 
The very first time for me to make it.. a bit salty... cz dunno the amount of salt  i should put in~
It doesn't looks nice... First try! T__T but it is potato pancake!


anyway, my mum said tasty (ps: she was too hungry~ n_n) 


then... proceed to my kimchi~
this time, I cut the cabbages and radishes in bite sizes... different from last time.. coz i can soak them totally in salt water without rub salt in every single leaf of cabbages...


after 30 mins... Kaktugi (fermented radishes) and Kimchi(fermented cabbages) ... all done!! woah~ finally! 


here are fruits of my efforts! ^___^






Anyway, I skipped lunch and stood whole afternoon, walked here and there... chopped this and that, minced this and that.... muscles are all in pain now~ 


Conclusion is, making kimchi can be an exercise too~ maybe I can try to make kimchi more often...
