Kimchi day!

Yeah! Is Kimchi Day! 
It's really good to make kimchi ourselves! So that we don't really need to go to the korean grocery shop just for it....
although it is lack of originality, at least I learnt it from Korean people.. similar taste might be happen ~~ Haha~


while waiting for my Cabbages (4 hours for soaking~), I was trying to do Potato Pancake! Just as what I saw from Korean variety... 
The very first time for me to make it.. a bit salty... cz dunno the amount of salt  i should put in~

It doesn't looks nice... First try! T__T but it is potato pancake!

anyway, my mum said tasty (ps: she was too hungry~ n_n) 


then... proceed to my kimchi~
this time, I cut the cabbages and radishes in bite sizes... different from last time.. coz i can soak them totally in salt water without rub salt in every single leaf of cabbages...


after 30 mins... Kaktugi (fermented radishes) and Kimchi(fermented cabbages) ... all done!! woah~ finally! 


here are fruits of my efforts! ^___^

Anyway, I skipped lunch and stood whole afternoon, walked here and there... chopped this and that, minced this and that.... muscles are all in pain now~ 


Conclusion is, making kimchi can be an exercise too~ maybe I can try to make kimchi more often...

Actually this is not the 1st time go to Sg.. but the excited feel always with me everytime when I was there...


Fetch sister after she knocked off from NUH.. then we went to Iluma for lunch... then shop shop here n there.. then went to Bugis Junction... 


I think I'm the only one bought lots of things.. haha~

 I love McD in Sg! bcz... It sell Mc Bistro Sandwich which doesnt sell in M'sia! and I can choose to not have soft drinks and change to my fav Green Tea!

It's Christmas!! But It will be passed soon~~


I spent my Christmas night with my family.... It's so warm~~ Woohoho~


Just had steamboat meal with family~ With all seafoods, meats, sambal.. all my favourite foods... 

so I don't need to wait until CNY's eve just can taste on it! Wahaha!! n_n


But the difference is , eating steamboat tonight, but no angpaos... cz not cny ~ XDD


I had a great day with my family.. although I was busy with many things today! Hehe~


=) Christmas is going to over soon.... and 2011 is coming next week... followed by CNY...

Yeah! Finally I passed the both papers for the course! now just waiting for the arrival of the certificate! Yoohoo~

Finally starts my holiday from today!!! (ps:My holiday actually should be 1++ month) 
bt now left 10 days~ sigh~


anyway, I'm home!!! So happy to see my lovely and dearest parent!Hiak Hiak~ and excited to back to my lovely ptn! 
wahaha~ everything is just so fine! unlike the "ulu" place=> Melaka!


That's why I say, Home is always the best and warmth place~  Haha~~

Christmas Christmas!

Just back from Jusco....


The place is filled with Christmas atmosphere! I love Christmas!


There are all Christmas related presents and products selling all over the place! How I wish I can buy all and decorate my current home now! 


While I was daydreaming about the decoration, I saw a Father(I think is Catholic) is buying presents, his hand is holding a barbie doll pack! we think he must be buy for the orphans! How nice and noble Father is!
I'm sure to give presents when I have financial base....

I'm waiting my housemates to buy that for my christmas present ! haa~ If we really will having presents exchange ! Haha!

It's December!!!

It's been a long time since my last post..  and IT's now DECEMBER! Christmas is coming and so as CNY! Yoohoo~
[coughh!!] Hey! I'm not playing till deserted my blog.... I'm really busy for this holiday ! Because I'm taking up certified course of  Microsoft ASP.Net.
I have to sit for two papers with pass results, then I just can officially get my certificate for Microsoft ASP.Net.


Today was my first paper!
First paper is what we had learnt in the past 4 days! Attention ! finished 2 BOOKS which are totally around 1000 over pages and within 4 DAYS! CoOL huh? 


Our exam is carried out via online Prometric System. 40Qs are all generated from the Question Bank by the system. It just like how we test for our driving undang test. After the exam, you will directly get your result!


So, It is really hard to CLICK the END EXAM button! 
Anyway, I passed the exam !!!!! YOOHOO~

My result!! Hiak Hiak~

hehe~ although it is not a really good result, It is still a good start for my course! Hope my luck and study mood can with me always until the last paper! pray 2 pass for the last ppr too~~

The Blue ones are the books we use for the following 6 days~

Tomorrow will be go into another chapter which is the MAIN... of my course which are included into my last paper! Developing Web Application! I hope I wont get sleepy ~ XDD
